Unusual composite neck consists of 60's era Gibson 5-string mahogony neck with fan inlayed TB Walnut headstock and wreath inlays grafted from origional neck. 1. c1915 Orpheum Brass Band, 13 1/4" head, ohsc, exc cond, Mahogany, carved heel & elaborate inlay & woods, $3500.
2. 1852 James Ashborn This accurate rendition of James Ashborn's exquisite, mid 19th century banjos, of which only a dozen originals have been identified, often require an extensive wait. Here's one available discounted to, $1800.

2. Ron Chacey Custom neck on original Whyte Laydie 10 15/16", dark stained, bound curly maple neck with laminations, and scoop. Profusely inlayed and engraved, Fairbanks presentation style inlays, backstrap with old style griffin on back of the peghead. Extensively carved heel with inlay on cap. Gold plated, engraved Kirschner tailpiece. Gold plated, geared tuners with MOP buttons. $4250.
